The Graphic Designer Intern will create and implement designs across media (print, digital, web, PowerPoint) aligned with brand guidelines and business partner objectives.

What You Will Do

• Create and implement templated and non-templated designs across media (print, digital, web, PowerPoint) aligned with brand guidelines and business partner objectives.
• Leverage templates and adapt them to fit the needs of various communications.
• Take a high-level design concept from a Senior Graphic Designer (i.e. an e-book or infographic design) and leverage it to create supporting assets like web banners or email headers.
• Support asset creation and maintenance including photo sourcing, retouching, and digital optimization; icon and illustration creation; template creation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with your teammates, designers, writers, editors, project managers, and our operations team to deliver best-in-class creativity to support our business partner’s objectives.
• Welcome, all feedback with the goal of continuous improvement. Leverage best practices and feedback to evolve and perfect your designs aligned with our brand strategy.

What You Will Need

• University degree preferred/not mandatory in graphic design, digital design, or similar significant/concentration.
• Design skills including a meticulous eye for typography, color, and layout. Experience using grids, style sheets, and ideally a pattern library.
• Working knowledge of digital design principles
• Knowledge of simple animation in Adobe After Effects and working knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a plus.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Photography & Videography Intern will assist in the development and creation of all photography and videography content. He/she will be responsible for building the brand image by maintaining consistency and developing a visual voice and consistent aesthetic across all platforms.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Research industry trends, conceptualize and develop relevant, original, and creative visual content
• Working on post-production of the content
• Working with the social media marketing team to execute the shoot calendar and timelines

Note: Preference for some experience in handling cameras, and owning a camera will be given.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: INR 5000

Requirements

• BA degree in Marketing or a similar field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Media Executive
• Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage
• A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing software including Hubspot, Active Campaign GetResponse, etc.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
• Quality content generation and management skills.
• Effective leadership and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
